 Due to an unfortunate incident  yesterday the salon was destroyed, we are working hard around the clock to find a space suitable for our friends  and family to be serviced in this time of need ,i am working with a space to provide temporary relief untill our home is rebuilt,due to an electrical fire caused by our next door  drycleaner our beautiful salon was destroyed,if you call our phone 718 641 6257 it is being forwarded to my home for the time being ,the space we temporarly acquired is being built for our specifications,please understand this is temporary and the owner of this new space understands this. it will be fully operational by friday February 5th 2010

After completing basic technical training and receiving his license in 1996 at midway paris beauty school in forrest hills, Joseph enrolled in a two-year advanced apprenticeship with "Scott Buchanin" at Scott J Salon And Spas, which was the finest American Hair Salon in NYC during its years of operation.  Many of the area's best hairdressers came from his salons, as the standards were the highest anyone had seen at that time.  In addition, Joseph received advanced training from Vidal Sasson Academy, Irvine Rusk, Toni & Guy, Paul Mitchell Hair Camp,Robert Cromeans academy,Gretchen Mauer academy,Barbara Lhotans’ long hair dressing academy,eric fisher training ks,the doves,Roots & Wings w/Vivianne Mackinder, training with Geno Stampora/Great Lengths , Coppola Brazilian Keratin Straightner and Aveda Institute,Bumble and Bumble,Kms,Matrix Craft cutting/coloring,, among others.  He has worked with hair colour companies such as Chi, Farouk, Framisi, Goldwell, Tocco Magico,loreal,paul mitchell.

Joseph has spent 13 years pursuing the best training possible, both following and shaping current trends and styles.  He currently works full time at his salon “Studio e salon and spa”
